ATTENTION: USING PIXEL 8 IT REMOTE ASSISTANCE INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS.

You acknowledge that by your use of this service you are authorizing Pixel 8 IT to access and run your computer for the purposes of computer diagnosis, service and repair. In connection with delivering the services, Pixel 8 IT may download and use software, gather system data, take remote control of your computer, and access or modify your computer settings.

A minimum $30.00 charge applies to remote assistant services. By agreeing to the Pixel 8 IT Remote Assistance Terms of Service, you understand that you will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $65.00 per hour, and for not less than $30.00.
