Basic Monthly Maintenance – Basic maintenance includes:

• Verification of anti-virus programs and virus definition files are up to date.
• Virus and malware scans are run and temporary files are removed.
• Removal of excess dust and dirt inside and out (prevention of overheating).
• Hard drive is defragmented (improvement of speed).
• Files organized (improvement of speed).
• Orphan registry keys removed.
• Windows updates performed.

Printer Installation & Repair –Upon assessment, recommendations as to configuration problems, hardware malfunction, or network issues will be made followed by troubleshooting and rectification of the problem. Pixel 8 IT technicians are HP and Lexmark printer certified.
