How does it work?

1) Contact us via our contact us form.

2) Pay the $30.00 preliminary payment through paypal

3) We will contact you with a pin number.

4) Download our application.

5) Connect via Secured VPN tunnel. (You have to allow us to connect)

6) We will asses your problem, and in most cases, resolve your issue.

** If the issues require a technician call out to your location we will set up an appointment immediately.

How much does this cost?

$1.00 a minute. We accept payment via Paypal trusted networks.

A preliminary payment of $30.00 is required before we assign a pin number. This payment will be advanced toward the first 30 minutes of your remote support connection.
